Brendan has 16+ years experience advising corporate executives and boards on shareholder activism defense and investor topics.
Prior to co-founding Anteris, Brendan was a senior member of the Activism Defense Practice Team at PJT Camberview, advising on high-profile proxy fights, alongside general governance, sustainability and strategic investor relations matters.

John Onieal
John has 13+ years experience advising public companies on critical strategic, capital markets, compensation and board-related maters.
Prior to co-founding Anteris, John was a senior member of the Governance, Sustainability and Executive Compensation Practice Teams at PJT Camberview. He was previously an investor at Partners Capital. John began his career in the M&A investment banking group at Goldman Sachs.
John holds a BSFS from Georgetown University.

Shannon Saffari

Shannon has 17+ years experience advising corporate executives and boards on corporate governance and high-impact strategic matters.
Prior to joining Anteris, Shannon spent over a decade at PJT Camberview during which she was Head of the Corporate Governance Practice Team. Shannon is on the Board of the Society of Corporate Governance’s Northern California, Nevada and Hawaii chapter. She began her career in management consulting at IBM and later in investment banking at GCA Savvian and MESA.
Shannon holds a BA, summa cum laude, from the University of Southern California.

Maddie Chisholm
Maddie has 8+ years experience advising public & private company executives on complex shareholder matters.
Prior to joining Anteris, Maddie worked on firmwide ESG strategy & reporting and investment & portfolio value creation matters as part of Bain Capital's ESG team. She began her career focused on activism defense, governance, sustainability and strategic communications at PJT Camberview.
Maddie holds a BA from Dartmouth College.

Kenneth Bertsch
Ken Bertsch is Corporate Governance Specialist with Broadridge Financial, which he joined early in 2025 after a period of consulting for Broadridge and others.
He served as executive director of the Council of Institutional Investors from 2016 to 2020 and as President and CEO of the Society for Corporate Governance from 2010 to 2014. From 2020 to 2024, he was a senior advisor to Legion Partners Asset Management.
He has been a partner at CamberView Partners, now PJT Camberview; head of corporate governance at Morgan Stanley Investment Management; managing director for corporate governance analysis at Moody's Investors Service; director of governance engagement at TIAA-CREF; and in various roles at the Investor Responsibility Research Center.
He holds a JD from Fordham University School of Law and an undergraduate degree from Williams College.
